Kala's grandfather was on the television show person of interest. Kala completed her basic and advanced obedience training from 6 months to 15 months old. Kala completed tasks specific training for her Army Veteran Tim who has PTSD. Kala completed her specific task training around 2 years old. Kala completed her specific task training through Custom Canines Service Dog Academy. Kala passed both the K9 good citizen and public access test. Kala wears a vest that is visible to people so they know she is a service dog. Kala lives in Wisconsin. Kala loves to play frisbee and swim during her downtime or taking a break. Kala loves children but when she is working she has a vest that says do not pet. Kala goes everywhere with Tim even to Disney World. Kala has traveled on planes many times. Kala sometimes has to wear shoes is the ground is to cold or to hot. The same for wearing a jacket if the weather is rainy or frigid. Kala helps Tim everyday with his PTSD with specific ticks Tim has. The Belgian malinois is one of the smartest breeds. Belgian Malinois want to work all the time. Belgian malinois are agile and fast. Belgian Malinois are fast learners and pick up on learning new tasks very quickly.

They knew that love Jrsus showed others sought nothing in return; he gave his time and energy freely to anyone who asked for it and plenty that didn't; he even humbled himself to the point of washing his friends' feet 2. John Jr and Jade thought of ways to be more selfless. They were going to try to Donate, Volunteer, Serve others: Compliment instead of criticize:, Empathize with others, and Practice active listening:. 3. John Jr and Jade reflected on the verse In Philippians 2:3-4 "Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others." The remembered Jesus teaching the principles of cultivating humility, putting love into action, serving others, actively listening, practicing empathy, giving freely, forgiving, praying for selflessness, and seeking accountability,. Leif and his crew sailed closer and found a land with tall trees, and grapes growing on vines. Leif was so happy to see such a beautiful place that he named it Vinland, which means "Land of Wine." The Vikings set up camp and built small houses to stay in. They spent the winter in Vinland, enjoying the fresh food and exploring the forests and fields. But as winter came to an end, Leif knew it was time to return home. He and his crew packed up their ship, and with one last look at the beautiful land, they set sail back home. Leif promised himself he would tell everyone about this amazing place he had discovered. When they returned home, Leif shared the story of Vinland with other Vikings. Even though he never returned to Vinland, he was proud to be the first European to find and explore it. And so, the tale of Leif Erickson and his journey across the Atlantic Ocean was told for many years. He showed everyone that with bravery, a strong ship, and a little bit of adventure, you could discover incredible new places, even ones you didn’t expect! And that is how the Vikings and Leif Erickson became the first Europeans to reach North America.
