We’ll solve this together.” As they climbed the mountain, the air grew warmer, and the ground rumbled softly. At the top, they found a glowing crater filled with fiery embers. 火 picked up a burning rock and said, “Look! The mountain’s fire! Maybe we can use it to help the village!” But 水 shook her head. “Fire alone won’t solve everything. We need water too.” Suddenly, the ground shook, and the mountain began to rumble. 火 dropped the rock, and 水 closed her eyes, whispering, “Please, 山, help us.” To their surprise, the mountain listened. A cool spring bubbled up from the ground, calming the rumbling and sending fresh water down the mountain. The water flowed into the village, filling the rivers and bringing life back to the plants. The villagers cheered, and 火 realized that his fiery energy worked best when balanced with 水’s calm wisdom. Together, they had helped the mountain and saved the village.

She couldn’t focus on her Sun Safety class because she was easily distracted by the clouds in the sky and often forgot to take down her homework.After visiting Dr Wild the Wildebeest, Miko and Lou learnt to do things that would help them to manage their ADHD. Although Miko and Lou struggled in class, their ADHD is now an advantage!Miko became the captain of the sand surfing team and had the fastest record in the desert! Miko was also top of his insect tracking class and created the first ever pair of insect spy goggles that could see different insect tracks and tell you what type of insect you are looking at!Lou enjoyed stargazing so much that she was top of the class for astronomy and could name every constellationEven though Miko and Lou had some tough times with their ADHD, they both learnt cool tricks to help them feel better and do their best. They have support from their parents, teachers and classmates. But the best part was that they could count on each other! Miko and Lou learnt how to handle their ADHD together and were always there to help each other when things got tough.
